Your mind is not your "self". It is a tool that you can use to color your attitude and outlook on your life. When you have a negative thought swipe over to the next thought until you get to a thought that helps you or brings you into a more positive perspective. I think I'm going to be swiping and scrolling through my thoughts for quite a while. But my mind will learn what I like if I keep it up and the positive thoughts will come more and more often.
